SPIRAL WOUND BRUSHES

  • Principle

  • This modern manufacturing technique produces very robust brushes (impossible to pull out the filaments). The double strip brush system offer a wide range of possibilities adapted to every need.

  • Double notch strip brushes are made of two strips of electrogalvanized or stainless steel (A and B). The larger of the two (B) has notches (C) that are long enough to hold the narrower one (A) when the fill material (D) is inserted. The two parts are then folded to bring the fill material together.

Available in 2 forms:

F1 and F2

  • Advantages

  • The homogeneity and perfect regularity of the fill material (electronically controlled) will give a regular brushing that does not leave any marks or traces.
  • Maximum density on minimum space (the density of the fill material may vary depending on the application)
  • Several varieties of strips: electrogalvanized steel, stainless steel.
  • The production system is continuous, which offers a number of possibilities of size for a wide variety of applications.
