This kind of spiral roller brushes are made of elements that can be mounted or dismounted. Those elements can be added until the wanted length. Because of technical reasons, the minimum boring of those brushes has to be 130 mm and the length of an element can not be more than 250 mm.

Advantages:

• The assemblage can be done by the customer on the mounting. That avoid the carriage of the brushes in our factory.
  

Inconveniences:

• The mounting has to be exact with sufficient pressure in order to avoid that the elements slide(we can deliver flanges cotter in order to avoid that risk. This system needs to be balanced when the mounting is finished.
