SEVERAL TYPES OF CORES

  • Disposable tube (A)

Thin tube or rolled sheet metal (thickness 2 to 3 mm) of steel or stainless steel with two welded washers at each end that can be blocked with drive by forming, boring or welded flanges. These types of cores are difficult to balance and cannot be used again.

  • Solid shaft (B)

The diameter is limited by the weight of the core (rarely exceeds 60 mm). Brushes mounted on this type of core can be balanced and are refillable.

  • Thick sheaths

Thick tubes that can be balanced and refilled offering several possibilities for the ends:

Cylindrical or conical rings (C)

Cylindrical or conical bushings (D)

Shaft section (E)
