Specialists in the field of high quality cylinder and spiral wound brushes, CARDOTECH is continuing its development in high resistance non tex rolls.


The high resistance fabric developed by our engineering office is composed of Nylon-type 6.6 and NBR resin. This fabric, with its special characteristics, is designed to fill your lubricating and squeeze rollers, but also for a number of applications such as deflector rollers, conveyor rollers, pinch rolls, press rollers…


The fabric disks are piled on top of each other and firmly pressed on the shafts to ensure an excellent resistance to the pressure exerted on the shaft and an excellent durability compared with traditional rollers (5 times the lifetime without any grinding).


We offer to make your steel or stainless steel shafts, fill material, grinding and balancing of the holders. Grinding can be straight or curved should the rigidity of the roller be insufficient.

We can also repair your rollers damaged locally by indenting or cutting.
